The Greenberry Chapter

Where the operating intuition was forged.

Greenberry Organics — a bootstrapped premium personal care brand launched in 2016 — became the formative chapter behind MLSPL. The brand scaled across India and into global marketplaces, and along the way it taught the lessons that no consulting deck can teach: product development under real constraint, consumer retention without subsidy, marketplace scaling against incumbents, profitability through fulfilment design, logistics across borders, and the daily friction of bootstrapped growth.
